Here’s why you need an original Morgan “Low Profile” Resaw

Others have bulky overhead designs, which obstruct the operators view of the cant as it passes through the saw

Others will not allow for large (16″) hold down wheels, placed close together, which improves the accuracy of the cut.

Their bulky overhead design makes it harder to return cants, which have to be fed either really low or way out to the side away fro the head. Morgan Return Resaws are low profile and cants are easily returned above the head at table top height.
